Subscriptions
Our subscription passes follow a scheduled billing cycle, automatically renewing on the same day each month or year. For instance, if you subscribed on October 1, it will renew on November 1. This applies to the All Access Yearly pass as well; if you purchased it on November 1, 2024, it will automatically renew on November 1, 2025.

Note: If you wish to discontinue your subscription, you can cancel it at any time from your account page. To avoid being charged for another billing cycle, make sure to cancel before the renewal date.
- After canceling your subscription, you can watch our Ski and Snowboard Live content by the end of the billing period.
- If you have a coupon and want to redeem it for an existing subscription, please cancel the existing subscription and purchase your desired subscription; during checkout, you can apply the code you have. Need help? Reach out to our Support Team!
At this time, it is not possible to exchange or replace one subscription pass for another.
To purchase a different subscription, cancel your current subscription. Once your active subscription has been canceled, head to the discipline of your choice and select a video item. In the plans pop-up, choose the subscription plan that best suits your needs. Complete the purchase process, and your new subscription will be active.
Note: If you choose to upgrade to an All Access Pass from an active monthly pass, please be aware that you will be charged a partial amount for the upgraded pass based on the remaining billing period of your current pass.
